This place was a nightmare! There were roaches everywhere, and the staff was totally unhelpful. I asked daily for new towels, but they kept saying no. The bathroom was moldy and gross, and I even had a roach fall on my head while showering! It was really bad. At least the snack bar was there for a quick bite.

In my wife’s opinion, the room could use better cleanliness, especially with children around. A deep clean would certainly improve the experience for families.

The location appeared nice, and I was hopeful as I approached the hotel. The lobby had a quaint charm that almost made me smile.

However, once we entered our room, everything changed. The air was thick with an unpleasant odor, and cleanliness was clearly not their priority.
